AI assists the teacher.
It never replaces them.
What technology can do is record the detail and make it visible. What to teach, and when to wait, remains a teacher's call.
Weekly reports · mistake trackingFrom record to conversation,
in four steps
We did not add AI for its own sake. It earns its place only when it saves a teacher time and helps a parent see clearly.
Record
Homework, practice and quiz results land in one learning file.
Analyse
The system finds the question types and topics that keep going wrong — not just a score.
Suggest
Next week's focus is drafted, then checked and adjusted by the teacher.
Communicate
The report reaches parents weekly, with a specific note from the teacher.

AI insight: inference questions account for most lost marks this fortnight. Three targeted sets have been scheduled.
Every Friday, one page.
No waiting for a parent-teacher meeting. Where your child moved forward — and where they are stuck — once a week, in plain language.
What is in it
Homework completion, mastery by topic, the types of mistakes made, reading time for the week, and one specific piece of feedback from the teacher.
What you do with it
Five minutes on a weekend tells you what to encourage next week and what to gently remind. If something needs discussing, reply to the teacher directly.
Where the technology stops.
Putting AI in the right place is a promise we make to parents.
Used for learning only
Records are not used for advertising or shared outside the centre. Internally, only the class teacher and head of teaching can see them.
The teacher decides
The system offers a clue, not a conclusion. Whether to add practice or slow down is a teacher's judgement.
Parents can ask for deletion
Ask us to see or delete your child's learning records at any time, without giving a reason.
Questions parents ask.
Will AI teach my child instead of a teacher?
No. The system records, counts and spots patterns. Teaching, explaining and encouraging remain a teacher's work, and every suggestion is reviewed before it is used.
Is my child's data safe?
Learning data is used only for analysis and report writing inside the centre. It is not shared externally or used for advertising, and parents can ask to see or delete their child's records at any time.
How often do reports arrive?
A short report every week, with a monthly summary. Each one covers homework, mastery by topic, mistake types and a written comment from the teacher.

On a visit we can take you through a sample report and explain exactly what each line means.
